Inseparable since birth, we have always been a creative and determined duo. We’ve been making things together since we were kids, and somehow still get to do it every day - just with better tools and bigger projects!

Lauren Howey
I’ve always been driven by creativity and inspiration. I started drawing and painting at 12 and selling my work by the age of 15. By 19 I had launched my first official business, where I learned firsthand about branding myself and building an authentic online presence.
At 23 I realized my sister and I were chasing similar goals separately. Seeing the potential in working together, I invited Meagan to join forces, transforming her solo website design business into a creative branding & website design studio.
Now as co-founder of Sproutouts, I blend my artistic and business expertise to craft gorgeous and strategized branding and websites. I also manage the admin and marketing operations, so if you have questions, I’m your gal!

Meagan Howey
I’ve always been passionate about programming. At 15 I built my first website, and in high school I coded video games using C++ (just for fun!) Knowing early on what I wanted to do, I packed up my life and drove across the country to pursue web design, development, and coding in California.
After earning my degree, I began freelancing and creating websites for small businesses in Los Angeles. Now, as co-founder of Sproutouts, I help businesses bring their unique visions to life online. I love the design and the functionality behind every project! And, I’m especially good at solving technical problems of just about any kind...... as long as I have coffee. ;)
Meet Bella Howey
Our Chief Cat Officer, or "CCO".
Bella is our faithful and loving companion, who spends every day encouraging us. Well, mostly. That is when she isn’t sleeping, biting the computer cords, or playing with her favorite carrot toy. But regardless, we appreciate the support!
