This package offers technical support and maintenance to know your website is secure and the back-end always up to date. Additionally, we offer one minor update to text verbiage, a photo, or another small change per month to help you keep your website current.

What does the sign-up process for maintenance look like?
If you are a current or established client of ours, we begin by chatting via email or a phone call about your needs. From there we determine the best plan and provide you contract details and your first month invoice. Once we receive payment and a signature, we officially add you to our monthly calendar!
How do payments work?
Monthly invoices are typically sent on the first Monday of each month. We use a secure payment system that supports a variety of methods. Through Stripe, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.), as well as bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other alternative payment options.
What if I need more assistance in a month than my regular plan covers?
That’s okay! We typically add any additional work to our calendar and invoice for the difference. Depending on your needs, we will quote you ahead of time to ensure you are happy with the investment cost before adding the additional work to our schedule.
