At this time, we only offer hosting and/or domain services to our current or established clients. Since we are a small team, this helps us offer focused support. If you’d like to book a website project with us involving hosting, we’d love to connect with you!

If you are a current or established client of ours, we begin by chatting via email or phone call about your specific needs. From there we determine the best plan and provide you the invoice and contract details. Once we receive payment and a signature, we set up your hosting and/or domains!

Long-term, absolutely they are! As seen in our packages, our regular rates start at $3-$5 cheaper per month than SiteGround’s regular rates - which saves you a lot over time. That said, we know SiteGround may offer “first-year” deals that may be cheaper than our plans for just that initial year. As a small team, at this time we aren’t able to offer first-year discounts to compete initially, but hope to as we grow.

If you are already utilizing SiteGround's hosting services, we are able to transfer your full site to us. This process is simple and quick, and there will be no extra cost to transfer from SiteGround.

If you are hosting with another company, we are happy to help you get onto our hosting services - but this will require a website rebuild project. Since more and more companies these days such as Bluehost, HostGator, and more (especially companies owned by Newfold Digital) are mixing up their client's site files with each other, transferring site files to our servers poses potential security risks. If you are a previous client of ours using another hosting service, we can schedule a mini-project to rebuild your site files fresh for a clean start with us (using the same design we already created for you). If you are not yet a client of ours, let's chat about a website build first!

We invoice for your hosting services and/or domain purchases yearly like many other platforms. Once your payment is submitted, you are covered for a full year and we will reach out when the renewal date is approaching to chat about renewal.

Since we are a small team, we do not offer refunds at this time. The investment cost you pay covers the time we spend in communication, setup, and providing any already completed services.

We use a secure payment system that supports a variety of methods. Through Stripe, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.), as well as bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other alternative payment options.
